Shipping and delivery

• Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays start processing on the next working day.
• Royal Mail next-day delivery is the target service after dispatch, but delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
• Most orders arrive within up to 3 working days from placement.
• Shipping is charged as a flat £4.50 per order.

Refunds

• If there is a problem with a delivery, contact hello@thedoughchemist.com with your order details as soon as possible.
• Orders are non-refundable once placed.

Privacy

• This includes your name, email address, delivery address, postcode, and any delivery notes you add.
• We keep a record of your order, total, shipping, and payment status so it can be fulfilled.
• The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for basic traffic and page-usage insights.
• The site does not use customer accounts.

• Box of 12 is £20 and can be one flavour or split across two.
