Delivery & policies
Dispatch, delivery, refunds, privacy and order support for The Dough Chemist cookie boxes.
Shipping and delivery
- Orders placed before Thursday at 12:00 pm are baked and dispatched on Friday.
- Friday batches are sent with Royal Mail next-day delivery, with delivery aimed for Saturday.
- Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff are included in the following week’s batch.
- This pre-order system helps us prioritise quality, freshness, and consistency in every order.
- Collection and pickup are not currently available.
- Shipping is charged as a flat £4.50 per order.
Refunds
- If there is a problem with a delivery, contact hello@thedoughchemist.com with your order details as soon as possible.
- Orders are non-refundable once placed.
Privacy
- This includes your name, email address, delivery address, postcode, and any delivery notes you add.
- We keep a record of your order, total, shipping, and payment status so it can be fulfilled.
- The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for basic traffic and page-usage insights.
- The site does not use customer accounts.

Terms and order conditions
- Box of 6 is £11 and comes in one flavour.
- Box of 12 is £20 and can be one flavour or split across two.
- Orders are shipping-only.
- All orders are baked to order.
